A Weekend of Flowers and Grilled Cheese

Spring is here and we've got a pep in our step.  This past weekend here at the shop was busy and bustling.  Just the way we like it.  We rang in the weekend with the fun and charismatic MacKenzie Smith of Grilled Cheese Social (a great blog that you should definitely check out if you haven’t).  She fed folks delicious grilled cheese and talked about her fabulous recipes.  It was a downright joy to host her pop-up.  Our second guest was Kristen of Pretty Streets Botanicals for our weekly Meet the Maker (which happens every Sunday 3-5pm!).  She graced our shop bearing an assortment flowers which folks could arrange as they wished.  Kristen enlightened fellow botanical enthusiasts on how to care for flowers and guided them as they made their own arrangements.  Check out her beautiful bouquets at prettystreetsbotanicals.com.
