Join us as we kick off Cider Week NYC with Bad Seed Cider for a tasting and pairing extravaganza! Bad Seed Cider, based in Highland, NY uses apples they grow (on a sixth generation farm that has been on the same land since 1855), Bad Seed creates truly delicious, dry, strong cider. Their flagship Dry Hard Cider is made with a sauvignon blanc yeast, and is fermented until there are zero grams of sugar left over. Another favorite, their IPC (India Pale Cider), is fermented with an American ale yeast, and then dry hopped with Cascade hops. Those are just two of what Bad Seed makes, with love and care for the craft of cidering. We'll try a flight all paired with the season's best cheeses including a special cider washed one. Cheers!
