Raclette and Fondue!

We waited allllllll summer long to bring back this class- but think: less lecture, and more cheese! Join us tonight as we taste a flight of cheeses that are great for melting (and for eating!). Then, your very own BCS monger will whip up a batch of the best fondue you've tasted- complete with all the accompaniments (salami, pickles, breads, oh my!) We'll also have wine to help wash down the delicious Alpine dream that is Fondue! Cheers! Who wants thirds...
