Born from a desire to help grow the dairy family in the Green State, the Kelher brothers have grown from cheesemakers to affineurs, helping to evolve the dairy world. One of a few cheeses that is actually made at the Dairy, Haribson is a gooey treat of slightly soily, slightly nutty, all good, cow's milk cheese that is best served with a spoon. The liquidy mess of a cheese is a show stopper and goes great with a yeasty ale or light bodied red and a chunk of cured ham.
