Calling all chasers of heat and lovers of flavor! You've done wine and cheese pairings before, and maybe even whiskey and cheese. But what happens you pair your favorite cheese with your favorite hot sauce?
We could tell you what happens*, but why don't you just join us on January 9th and find out for yourself? Matt Gross, veteran food and travel writer and spice obsessee, will lead us through a lineup of his favorite hot sauces, both classic and obscure, and Christine Clark, a Certified Cheese Professional and Your Cheese Friend, will lead us through the perfectly paired cheeses. Do the notes of toffee in a clothbound cheddar go better with a coffee and habanero hot sauce or a Malaysian-inspired hot sauce with lime leaf? You're about to find out!
