No matter what your political views, I think we can all agree that the French are doing something right on the gastronomic field. Ever since the first wild grapes were crushed and transformed into what would become the wines of the Languedoc, or that wily shepherd abandoned his lunch for some buxom beauties and- if you believe what you read- Roquefort was born, the wines and cheeses of France have evolved and developed into some of the most celebrated in the world.
Join us on what promises to be a balmy evening in the Homestead for a tour de France via fromages et vins! We'll taste five unique wines paired with the season's best cheeses from across l'Hexagone. Santé!
