Hosting a small gathering? Are you looking for a spot to host your midday work meeting? Bridal Shower? Baby Shower? Engagement Party? Look no further than our beautiful educational space, The Homestead, which can accommodate up to 24 guests for Private Events.  The rates for a 2-hour experience are as follows, 10 AM - 4 PM, $500 room rate and $25 per person minimum F&B spend, and from 4 PM - 8 PM, $750 room rate and $50 per person minimum F&B spend; every day of the week. Pricing and minimum do not include gratuity, service fees, admin fees, or applicable taxes.

Event Layouts

We can create several different table combinations within our private classroom space to fit groups of 8 to 24 (certain restrictions will apply). You have access to a private bathroom and a hand-washing sink. The options depicted are suggestions, configurations will be adjusted to suit the needs of your group.
