Our Kale Manchego Salad is both a delicious addition to any of our catering options, as well as a satisfying meal unto itself. True to our roots, we shred a 3-month-old manchego cheese on top of chopped kale. The flavors are enhanced by dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and a sesame soy dressing.
